We are now looking for a Senior Sales Manager to join our Wholesale team in Germany. The role is based in Germany – we're flexible on where you live, as you'll mostly work from home and out in the field. About The Role
In the role of Senior Sales Manager Germany, you will be responsible for driving Lexington's Wholesale business across the country, combining hands-on senior sales experience with budget responsibility for the German market and personnel responsibility for a small team. Your role is crucial for setting the commercial direction in Germany and ensuring we deliver against our financial targets and ambitious 5-year plan. You will personally own and develop the most strategic customer relationships, while leading and supporting your colleagues to ensure the full account portfolio is served effectively. You will coordinate closely with our HQ teams in marketing, finance and logistics to ensure brand consistency and smooth operations across the German market. As Lexington's headquarters is based in Sweden, you will report directly to our HQ in Stockholm and work in close collaboration with Swedish-based colleagues across functions. The role therefore requires the ability to communicate confidently in English in a professional, day-to-day business context.

Key Responsibilities
Drive Wholesale sales in Germany and personally manage the most strategic accounts.
Hold budget responsibility for the German Wholesale business and deliver against agreed financial targets.
Carry personnel responsibility for a small team – set goals, follow up, support development and conduct regular one-to-ones.
Plan, prioritise and coordinate the team's account coverage across Germany.
Identify and develop new business opportunities and customers.
Negotiate orders, terms and conditions for key accounts in line with company guidelines.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity and feed insights back to the organisation.
Represent Lexington at trade fairs, showroom appointments and customer meetings.
Report on sales performance and forecasts to HQ in Stockholm, and act as the key link between the German market and our Swedish-based teams.
Skills & Requirements
Extensive B2B sales / Wholesale experience, ideally within premium fashion, lifestyle or home textiles.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a senior or key-account capacity.
Experience of budget responsibility and, ideally, of leading or mentoring others.
Strong sales, negotiation and relationship-building skills at a senior level.
Commercial acumen and a solid understanding of budget management.
Self-driven and structured, able to set direction independently.
Fluent in both German and English - German for the local market and customer interactions, English for daily collaboration with our Swedish HQ and international colleagues.
Willingness and ability to travel; valid driving license.
